Tomato Carpaccio

Ingredients
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- Olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper
Instructions
- Make the vinaigrette combining olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Add the green onions and mix.
- Thinly slice the tomatoes and place them on a serving platter, overlapping the slices.
- Drizzle with the vinaigrette, sprinkle with cilantro and serve!
