Grease a deep serving dish. Dip half of the ladyfingers in the hot coffee with the wine (optional) and line the bottom of the dish, spread half of the cream cheese mixture over them, cover with another layer of coffee-dipped ladyfingers and the remaining cream cheese mixture. Chill for at least 3 hours, and then place 30 minutes in the freezer before serving. Dust with unsweetened cocoa powder right before serving.
