For the crust: Preheat oven at 350°F. Process the cookies. Add the melted butter and process until it resembles wet sand. Press into a round baking dish using your fingers. Bake for 5-7 minutes.
For the filling: In a bowl, mix condensed milk, egg yolks and lime juice. Pour into the prepared crust and bake for another 15-20 minutes, until the center is firm. Let it cool at room temperature and chill for at least 6 hours. Serve with whipped cream or meringue.

You can also make the cookie crumbs by putting them into a plastic bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.
