Coat a tube pan with hot caramel. You can go to the video in my previous post where I show you all the steps of the caramel making process.
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine.
Pour into the pan.
Set the pan in a water bath and bake in a preheated oven at 150°C/300°F for 50-60 minutes.Shake the pan a little to check for doneness. If it is too wobbly, it needs some more time in the oven. Check it every 5-10 minutes so it does not overcook. If it jiggles a little, like jello, it is done.Let it cool completely in the water bath, chill for at least an hour, and then invert it onto a serving plate.

Tips:
Once cold, you can freeze it in the same baking pan. To defrost, remove from the freezer a few hours in advance, and then invert it on a serving plate.
