Chocolate Mousse

Ingredientes
  

  • 200 g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 200 g whipping cream
  • 4 eggs , separated
  • 80 g white sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instrucciones
 

  • Melt the chocolate together milk on a double boiler, making sure the bowl never touches the simmering water. Remove from the heat and add the yolks, one at a time, mixing until well combined.
  • Whip egg whites with sugar and reserve. In a separate bowl, whip cream and add to the chocolate mixture. Finally fold in the whipped egg whites.
  • Pour into a large bowl or serving glasses and chill for 6-8 hours.
    It can be served on its own or topped with a dollop of whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
