In a pan, bring water with salt to a boil. Add the green beans and boil them for 6-7 minutes. Drain and cool in an ice water bath to stop them from overcooking. Drain once completely cooled.
Wrap about 10 green beans in a strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Repeat the procedure with the rest of the ingredients.
In a skillet, heat up the butter. Season the wraps with salt and pepper, place them in the skillet and cook on both sides until golden, around 8 minutes. Remove toothpicks before serving.
