One Pot Pasta

One Por Pasta is one of the simplest, most flavorful and practical recipes for any day of the week. All you need is a large pot, some pasta, and whatever there is in the fridge. You can check out every step of this awesome recipe in my Reel

When making pasta, we usually end up using lots of things: a pot, skillet, strainer, but in this recipe, all we will ever need is a single large pot! There are countless versions of this recipe, which was originally created by Martha Stewart.

This way of cooking pasta was a great discovery for me, it is not only very simple, but also incredibly tasty! Once you try out this recipe, you will come back to it time and again using different ingredients and sauces, because no matter what you use, it always tastes great!

Don’t you just love the idea of making pasta without having to wait for the water to boil or make the sauce separately? I think it is amazing, and this is one of our favorite dishes at home!

Of course, this is not the traditional way to cook pasta, and some of you may criticize this method, but it is a real lifesaver when we are pressed for time. The pasta absorbs the flavor of all the vegetables since everything is cooked together, and trust me, that makes all the difference! The pot, however, should be large enough to hold the pasta. Then the rest of the ingredients are added, and lastly, the water, which is then brought o a boil. Once it boils, reduce the heat, mix well to make sure the pasta does not stick together or to the bottom of the pot. After 8-10 minutes, the water will have almost evaporated. When 90% of the water has evaporated, add the Parmesan cheese and some basil if desired. This dish is absolutely delicious!
